Layered Copper and Aluminum Composites and Application

A joint collaboration study on the performance and capabilities of high performing metal composites was conducted at the Material Research Laboratory at the University of California, the Georgia Institute of Technology, the Laboratory of Solid State Materials at Nanjing University, and the Institute of Metal Based Materials at Shanghai Tongji University.

The topic was presented at aSeminar at 2014 Wire & Cable, Guangzhou.

A Study of Structure and Tensile Properties of Copper Clad Aluminum Composite Busbar Prepared through Isothermal Fabrication

ACM publishes a study titled “A Study of Structure and Tensile Properties of Copper Clad Aluminum Composite Busbar Prepared through Isothermal Fabrication” on the physical properties of CCA busbars produced with our patented Isothermal Technology. The International Wire and Cable Symposium (IWCS) accepted the study. ACM presented the paper at the 63rd annual “International Cable-Connectivity Symposium” in Rhode Island, USA on November 11, 2014.
